Sheet Metal Work

Panels, electronic cases, metal housings, chassis, assembly fittings - we have a comprehensive range of sheet metal work. Automatically loaded revolving punches and surface treatment lines mean that production can continue unattended through the night. Not only that, we also have very short set-up times. All together, this gives us the soundest production economy, no matter what the seriesvolume.

We master every step from initial idea to the final component: the design commission, production of background documentation, punching, grinding, bending, embossing, surface treatment, labelling, printing, assembly of attachment elements, etc. This means that you don't need any other subcontractor for your sheet metalwork needs. Administration is simpler for you, less transport is needed and you need never doubt where responsibility for the quality lies.

We punch panel objects as mirror images. Then they are wet-grinded so that essentially all punch marks disappear. Printing on anodised aluminium is done into the actual oxide layer, so that the ink penetrates the material. Then the oxide is permanently sealed. The result is graphical print which it is impossible to wear away

Electrical apparatus must be shielded from electromagnetic disturbance and electrostatic discharge. We have worked under shielding directives from the USA and from the EU for many years. We give you the best possible conditions for incorporating optimal shielding into your products.

We follow your profile programme down to the smallest detail, so that all graphical elements look exactly as they should. Size, proportions, colours - we never leave anything to chance. The result is printing and decoration that is both elegant and easy to read
