Are you looking for a sign that resembles the old-fashioned enamel signs? We have an excellent solution for that. We screen-print white-coated aluminium sheet using four-colour rastering. In order to achieve an extra feeling of depth in the sign, we emboss selected parts, depending on the design of the text or image. Further, we round the edge off, which means that the product can hardly be distinguished from a genuine enamel sign. Finally, we coat the sign with a clear coating, so that it can be mounted outdoors without any problems.
Since the production involves the development of special tools, this type of sign is less suitable for low-volume production.
